These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, products and offers provided by INCLINE Concept Store, a sub-brand of Karakterköpfe GmbH, located at Claridenstrasse 1, 6003 Lucerne, Switzerland.

2. Services and offers

Reservations

Customers can make reservations for late brunches, wine & dine, or other events through our website. Reservations will be confirmed via email.

Workshops

We offer workshops such as barista, matcha, and cocktail courses. Registration for workshops is available via our website and is binding.

Events

For special events like Wine & Dine, tickets can be purchased directly through our website. Seating is limited, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Webshop

Our online shop allows you to purchase products such as furniture, artwork, and lifestyle items. Orders can only be placed through the website. We do not deliver food or beverages.

3. Orders and conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded as soon as you place an order in our online shop and we confirm it by email. Orders via other channels (e.g., by phone) are not possible.

4. Prices and payment

All prices in the webshop are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPal
Twint (if available)

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery and shipping

We only ship products within Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during the ordering process.

Notes:

No food or drinks will be delivered.
Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.

6. Cancellation and return
Webshop products

Customers have a right of return within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns must be unused, in original packaging and at your own expense.
Personalized or specially made products are non-returnable.

Workshops

Cancellations are possible up to 7 days before the workshop. After that, the full fee will be retained.
If a workshop is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

Events

Cancellations for events like Wine & Dine are possible up to 14 days before the event. After that, no refunds are possible.

7. Liability

INCLINE Concept Store is not liable for:

Damage caused by improper use of our products.

Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure.

In any case, our liability is limited to the order value.

8. Data protection

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. Details can be found in our separate privacy policy.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

INCLINE Concept Store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
