Refund Policy
1. General
This Refund Policy applies to all returns, cancellations, and refunds made in connection with the INCLINE Concept Store, a sub-brand of Karakterköpfe GmbH. The store is located at Claridenstrasse 1, 6003 Lucerne, Switzerland.

2. Return policy (webshop products)
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid loss or damage during transit. Once we have inspected the returned products, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation and refund (workshops)
Cancellations by the client are possible up to 7 days before the workshop. The full workshop fee will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be refunded. Alternatively, a rebooking to another date can be arranged, if available.
If a workshop is canceled by us, we will refund the full workshop fee or offer an alternative date.
4. Cancellation and refund (events)
Cancellations for events like Wine & Dine are possible up to 14 days before the event date. In this case, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will not incur any refunds.
If an event is canceled by us, we will refund the full amount or offer a rebooking.
5. Refund procedure
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@inclineconcept.com. Please include your order or booking number, product name, or event/workshop details, as well as the reason for the return or cancellation. After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the next steps.
6. Exceptions
Returns and cancellations are excluded for opened or used food products, products made specifically for you, and events beyond our control, such as delays by delivery services.
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
